Whisker Lane Rescue (the "Game") is published by Soco Supply, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We built the Game to be a cozy, private experience. This policy explains what information the Game does and does not handle.

The short version: Whisker Lane Rescue does not require an account, does not ask for your personal information, shows no ads, and does not track you. Your game progress is saved on your own device.

Information we do not collect

The Game does not collect, store, or share personal information. Specifically, we do not ask for or gather your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any similar personal data. There are no user accounts and no sign-in.

Game progress

Your progress — the cats you've rescued, your home, and your settings — is saved locally on your device. It stays on your device and is not uploaded to us. Deleting the app removes this saved progress.

Software updates

So we can deliver improvements and fixes quickly, the Game may check our update service for a newer version of its content when it launches. This check may transmit basic, non-identifying technical information such as the app version and device type. It is used only to decide whether an update is available and is not used to identify or track you.

Apple and the App Store

The Game is distributed through Apple's App Store and TestFlight. Apple may collect information in connection with downloads, purchases, and crash reporting under Apple's Privacy Policy. That collection is governed by Apple, not by us. If you enable the option to share crash and usage diagnostics with developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized, aggregated diagnostic reports to help us fix problems.

Children

Whisker Lane Rescue is family-friendly and suitable for players of all ages. Because the Game does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third parties

We do not sell or share your information, because we do not collect it. The Game contains no third-party advertising networks and no third-party analytics or tracking tools.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
